KARRIÄRDRAG - present your company's opportunities to students

Does your company or organization want to reach out to future social scientists, behavioral scientists, sociologists, economists, teachers or lawyers?

Then you must register for Karriärdrag on November 17. The last day to register is November 1.

During this day, you will have the opportunity to present your company and the ex-jobs, internships, summer jobs and talent programs that you offer within Västerbotten.

Lindellhallen and nearby lecture halls.

PROGRAM

at 10-14

We will have access to Lindellhallen one hour before to set up stands. Everyone has the opportunity to get a display table.

at 12-13

Lunch lectures with refreshments, where the students choose lectures after training and are offered food and drink. Here you companies can register which training you want to lecture for. Two companies can choose to join forces and hold two shorter or one joint talk. We have planned to book 6 lecture rooms adjacent to Lindellhallen.

Common questions:

Does it cost anything to participate?

No, it is completely free of charge as it is part of the project "Studenter möter arbetslivet" run by the Västerbotten Chamber of Commerce. On the ticket you book it says SEK 0/free - so no fee.

How many tickets should I book?

You only need to book 1 ticket per company. You indicate now, or later this fall, how many from the company will come.

Do I have to offer a job or summer job?

No, it is completely voluntary. You can offer internships, ex-jobs, summer jobs or other opportunities such as trainee programs. If you have no needs at the moment, it is still a good opportunity to show off the company/organization to students who will soon enter the working life. The only requirement is that the career opportunities you offer must be within Västerbotten.

Do I have to be ready now with how many/who are coming or what type of stand we want?

No, but it is good that you register your company as soon as possible and you are guaranteed a place. If you already know exactly what your stand and space needs are, please let us know in your registration. If you don't know now, it is perfectly possible to supplement that information in early autumn. We will contact you in the autumn about what details we need closer to the event.

Do I have to have a round stand and a rollup?

A round table and place for a rollup are included as standard, but if you want to have your own stand, that's fine of course. We welcome creative elements such as a DJ, popcorn machine, cotton candy station or something completely different. Please let us know in the registration form.

Do we get a penalty if we are prevented and have to cancel?

No, you will not be punished! Of course, we want you to notify us as soon as possible if you should be prevented, but we will not charge a fee.
